I'm hoping someone here can help me.
After calling the phonenumbers mentioned numerous times on here i finally after an hour or so of waiting got someone on the line.
He seemed very helpful in cancelling the insurance for an iphone i no longer have.
After verifying my number, name etc he said my plan was cancelled and that due to me calling in januari i might still get billed in Februari because it was withing 30 days.
This seemed kind of reasonable so all good i figured.
Lo and behold im still getting charged in March now for a phone i no longer have ![]()
Is there any way to get out of this charge or am i going to have to call my bank to reverse the charges?
Please advise...

I’m sorry that you’re getting that Protection Plan billed to your account. I do see that you called in to cancel on 12/28, but that the plan is still active. There was an error in processing your original cancellation, so I’ve taken the necessary steps to get that wrapped up. I am going to send you a private message with your confirmation number and some additional details.
