After cancelling insurance, still getting charged. Very upset...

I'm hoping someone here can help me.

After calling the phonenumbers mentioned numerous times on here i finally after an hour or so of waiting got someone on the line.

He seemed very helpful in cancelling the insurance for an iphone i no longer have.

After verifying my number, name etc he said my plan was cancelled and that due to me calling in januari i might still get billed in Februari because it was withing 30 days.

This seemed kind of reasonable so all good i figured.

Lo and behold im still getting charged in March now for a phone i no longer have :smileytongue:

Is there any way to get out of this charge or am i going to have to call my bank to reverse the charges?

Please advise...

Ferdinand

Hello Ferdinand,

I’m sorry that you’re getting that Protection Plan billed to your account. I do see that you called in to cancel on 12/28, but that the plan is still active. There was an error in processing your original cancellation, so I’ve taken the necessary steps to get that wrapped up.  I am going to send you a private message with your confirmation number and some additional details.  Please check your private messages by logging into the forums and selecting the envelope icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Again, I apologize for any mistake on our part and appreciate you posting here to give us a chance to make it right.

Cheers,
