When you sent the computer out for the second and third time for video cards, how long was the time between those repairs?

Well, unfortunately, the video card replacements will probably be counted as one repair since it was most likely a REDO. The first was probably defective, and they had to re-replace it. REDO repairs do not count as a qualified repair. A qualified hardware repair is typically a service order when a non-consumable hardware part is replaced inside the computer, and by that replacement the unit is fully functional and the service order is closed. If the replacement part is defective and it falls within a certain period of time, they will re-open the service order and re-replace it because apparently the other repair did not fix the issue.

Hello Sakie,
I apologize for the frustration you are experiencing with your computer being her repair. I know how indispensable a computer can be now days, so a total of 2 months without a computer can be unpleasant.
