Don't remember exactly what the sales person told me when I purchased the 110$ extended ADH plan, but does the plan cover accidental water spills on the computer? As in inadvertantly knocking a glass of water onto the laptop while it was turned on? Im just paranoid as I reuined my last laptop that way. Just incase it happens again I want to know if the plan covers replacing and/or repairing the laptop.
Thanks

Yes, the ADH plan covers spills on laptops. You can bring your computer in and they will send it to their Service Center to be repaired by a certified technician. Typical turn-times for laptop repairs is around 2-3 weeks.

repair, not replace? would i be able to have them back up the data to an external harddrive off the dead laptop (as long as hard drive isnt curupted) before they shipped it off for repairs?

The Black Tie Plan is a Service Plan so they attempt repairs first. If the computer cannot be repaired, or the tech determines that the repairs would be un-economical, then they will authorize a replacement.
Yes, they can pull data from the computer, but since your data is not covered by the Black Tie Plan, there would be a charge for this service if you wanted it done. The normal Data Backup charge is $99.99 for up to 9.4 GB or if you bring in an external hard drive, they'll back up as much as your external can hold. If you do not have an external hard drive, the charge is about $170 (somewhere around there) and the additional cost is for an external hard drive which they will back up the data to and you will keep the external hard drive.
I would recomend having the data backup up by either Geek Squad or someone who knows how just in case the computer is Junked Out (replaced at Service) because when if it gets replaced at Service, they don't send back your hard drive. And if you want the data backed up at the Service Center, the charge is more than at the store.
Hope this answered your questions.
