17" dell laptop

hi my name is ryan and i was trying to do some homework on my laptop yesterday and i dropped it from my table and the screen cracked.. i remember buying an accident warranty along with the laptop and i think it was a two year but im not sure how long its been.. can a best buy representative help me on this one? the email i purchased the computer with was {removed per forum guidelines}

They should be able to do that for you on here but you might want to try calling the store, they can usually look it up via phone number or name and it'll probably be quicker than waiting on here.
