hi my name is ryan and i was trying to do some homework on my laptop yesterday and i dropped it from my table and the screen cracked.. i remember buying an accident warranty along with the laptop and i think it was a two year but im not sure how long its been.. can a best buy representative help me on this one? the email i purchased the computer with was {removed per forum guidelines}
