The four Zelda Champion Amiibos have been updated to 'Preorder' multiple times over the past few days, but you can't actually preorder them during these times. You click on 'preorder' for each one, then go to your cart to check out and it says that it will tell you when they are available for shipping, then it tells you that each one is store pickup only, then it tells you that no stores have them. This is an endless loop of frustration with each option leading to a denial, then a suggestion for another option that also leads to a denial. This is very frustrating and it's been happening for several days. Why does the status keep changing from 'coming soon' to 'preorder' only to put people through this pointless dance? This has been going on for days now.

Thanks for joining our forum. Thanks too for providing your feedback with your recent attempts at pre-ordering the Legend of Zelda Champions. I am sorry for any disappointment you've had over the past couple days.
With popular items such as this, it is not uncommon for the product availability status to fluctuate as orders are being placed and products are put in shopping carts to either have orders processed or discarded.Once things settle down the product status tends to be more stable, however, and that appears to be where we are at today. Please continue to watch BestBuy.com at the link I included above for any updates.

I'm having this same issue and it has nothing to do with the fluctuation of it being in stock or not. The issue is when it is in stock and you go to pre-order it, it takes you to the cart and it says you can't have it shipped to your house. It says store pick up only which is strange because these chamion amiibos for zelda don't release until January of 2018. None of the stores have them yet.
