well i just ordered my wow when i knew that i did a mistake on the shipping stuff, and now i would like to know how can i cancel my order and then re-order it again thank you.

What I would do, would be to contact Best Buy at 888 BEST BUY and ask directly for BestBuy.com Support. They should be able to edit most of the shipping information, and make sure that your WoW game comes to you properly.

As far as I know, they should be able to edit shipping address, change shipping type (from standard to express, or vica versa), or change the shipping from being shipped to you to being picked up in store (again, vica versa also).

Sometimes the people checking the e-mails can be slow (or not do anything about it at all) about getting the desired results. That's why I recommended calling in rather than the e-mail. It's quicker and you get a confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes that something has been edited on your order.

Whether the shipping address can be changed or not depends on the status of the order. But usually once its been placed it can't be changed without canceling the order and replacing it.

And the quickest way to get it done would be to call best buy support.
