Imo it looks like a melting pot of all the best and mediocre FPS and 3PS ever made. Drizzled and cooked with COD style gamely, mechanics and story.

Metal Gear Solid, Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter(Future Solider), Cyrisis, Medal of Honor, Battlefield, HAWK, Rainbow Six, Spliter Cell, Counter Strike, the list goes on and on.

Oh and lets not forget the decade old-out dated game engine and graphics.

I just don't get where the horses come in.  The trailer is all like hovering air crafts, future tech, stealth bombers, death dealing robots... horses?  I guess we'll find out.

man there's ALOT of shooters coming out this year & I thought last fall was crazy. Wonder what's in-store for E3.

I still haven't p/u'd MW3 yet & to be honest I haven't taken any MW, BF, MOH, Crysis, or Ghost Recon out of the backlog yet. But I'll pick this one up for the right price. Hopefully, BB will offer the best day 1 deal like they had for MW2.

I had the same question.

Maybe something like in uncharted 3. It seems almost the same, including the arabians.

MW3 was a let down. Great game, but on release it was MW2 with a few additions. Still have a blast with it, but I realize what it was. A rehash/overlay of a great game.

Since then the Map Packs came out and they have really breathed some life into the game as a majority of them are good to very good. Although this also means that they sucked more money away from people. Enuf I would just not buy MW3 if you have 2 still in your backlog unless you are going for MP with friends.

As for BlOps part deux... I didn't like BlOps as much as MW2. I think it tried combining too many different games by trying to make it a FPS and then a cover shooter and various other aspects. As such I am pulling from that experience and doubt it will change as activision sold millions of copies that way.
