That's tough. Too many games. I'm gonna say (as of now cause it's recent in my head) is Dues Ex: Human Revolutions. I got it a few weeks ago cause it was cheap and people kept talking about how great it was. It was really had to get into it. People tell me there are two ways to play it. Stealth or action, but the action part is really not done well. It takes 2 shots to really kill you and even with the upgrades you still die too fast. One mistake and you have to sit through loading that is pretty long. And the stealth can be wonky at times too. I felt it's way too depended on stealth with it's slow crouching and enemy with super sensitive ears.
I think most people boast about the story and dialog, but I like my games to be a little enjoyable in the gameplay. I just couldn't get into it. Just traded it into BBy yesterday too. I can see the appeal for some people to like it, but I just couldn't. Not for me.

Haha! zz's been keeping a list. That's awesome.
Which Ghostbusters are you referring to, zz? Because if you're talking about the most recent next-gen release, I agree completely. As a huge Ghostbusters fan, I bought that game on release day with super high expectations, only to have them crushed slowly and painfully as I trudged through the campaign. I wouldn't say the gameplay was bad, because there are definitely games with worse gameplay, but it just fell so amazing short of what I wanted.
I think you're right about movie games for the most part as well but I do have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed some of the Spiderman games. Specifically the open-world ones.
