Hello, I am glad to hear that you are shipping early, but I have still received no indication of changes on my order status page. No email indicating shipment, either. There's a withdrawal authorization in progress on my online banking, however. Order No# {removed per forum guidelines} -- any idea, please, Kyle?

The above mentioned withdrawal is now gone from my account statement, so I guess it was another funds check on my Collector's Edition. Still, there is no change to my order status, and I have until the 22nd at the latest (end of TOR's grace period) to receive my product key. Is there an issue with CE shipping?

Everything looks to be processing properly with your order and we are still shooting for everyone having their pre-orders on or by Monday so just keep an eye on your email!

I have not recieved any email yet and my shipment is still "in process". I called and they said by the 20th.. Sighs... I doubt ill have it on Monday since it has yet to ship...

I am honestly feeling the same as thrownsparks. While I appreciate that you looked into my order, I have not received an email and my order status shows no changes (unless it's just not updating). I don't see how the CE could arrive by Monday unless it's headed my way via really fast shipping.

Ok so I preordered to pick up in store to find out no midnight opening and now most ce preordered shipped for today. So am I able to visit my local store before they close at 11pm and pickup my copy?

Hello all, 

Sorry for not getting back to you before the game released on Tuesday.  I hope you all were able to obtain your copy by now.  It is my understanding that both the CE and Standard Edition pre-orders should have arrived by now and people that pre-ordered for in-store pick up should have been able to pick them up right away on Tuesday with the grace period instituted by BioWare serving as a buffer for any downtime in gameplay.

And hopefully you're all busy playing the game as I write this!
