You should post the AC3 preorder steelbook case in the upcoming releases blog/thread. I grabbed one on the first day it was released and love it.

Hope more people snag one while they are available.

For those that don't know. If you go in store and preorder Assassin's Creed 3 you get an AC3 steelbook case for free as a preorder bonus. Best part is that you walk out with the case THAT DAY! $5 for the preorder.

Thank you Kyle or whoever updated the preorder page. Whoever hasn't seen this preorder bonus is really missing out. It is a great steelbook.

Rumor has it is not going to be run again with each store only getting 50 a piece. I am not sure how believable this rumor is because Ubi mass produces everything when they see it is making them money. But I wouldn't want to pull a Kyle and miss it because you "didn't think it would sell out so fast"

Also, to be honest, I don't really get too hung up on the swag included in Collector's Editions. It's the DLC that enjoy and I ended up buying the "From Ashes" DLC already anyways, so I'm happy as a pup with two tails.

Yeh I am always suckered in by steelbooks in CEs.

I was intrigued by the DLC in ME3, but may skip it. I've learned to not buy DLC as I barely have enough time to play the base game let alone the extra DLC

I hear ya.  I don't know if I will get a chance to play "From Ashes" any time soon even but I am terrible at impulse buying.
