Nah they never directly stated how it would differ in the conclussion, they could easily say that the journey is where it differed. There's no way a lawsuit would be upheld. The only reason to get a class action is to draw attention to Bioware to pressure them into something.

If ever there was unfulfilled promises that would make a precedent it would have been the original Fable. It ha commercials prerelease touting the decision trees mattering (acorn to tree was the analogy), being able to get married and multiple other gaming aspects. None of which made it in the game. Class action suit was brought against them and lions gate survived unscathed.

Not saying it was a bad game, jus they promised the world and we got a small jar of sand.

Well it's confirmed. This summer there will be a free DLC they are calling "clarification".

Alright, I just have to say that I have finished Mass Effect 3.

At first, I wasn't really sure what all the fuss was about. The ending was great. It was exactly as I thought it should be. Almost perfectly epic.

Then I come to the office and hear what people are really upset about. I'm still not really that upset about it. The buildup to the ending was ridiculous and I was already wrapped up the story line that I didn't even think that was what people were upset about.

I suppose we'll just be seeing some additional cinematic scenes in the summer.

Their mainly upset because we didn't get what we where promised.

Nothing you did through out the trilogy mattered, only the ending

Right. Without revealing spoilers, people don't think the ending did the series justice, or perhaps that it wasn't what it could've been in terms of the endings. I didn't feel like my decisions were negated or that the endings didn't fall align with my playthrough, though. 

I watched 2/3 endings and that's when I realized it, but honestly I didn't think anything of it until Kyle told me that's why everyone was so mad.

The less you pay attention to the ending the less annoying it seems, i don't mind it anymore.

Their game, their ending, ive moved on to other games.

Still it is an awesome 10/10 game, job well done Bioware

At first I thought I have made a wrong choice so I went back to previous save and did it again. Thats when I started thinking what all this mean and like its said the more you think about it the worse it gets. Everyone has their own opinion about the endings. The thing that bugged me the most is what my gut was telling me was the paragon choice was not the paragon choice in the game.  But I can see how that would be different from person to person.  They almost shouldn't have attached any moral polarity to the last decisions and just let people choose based on the facts.

I feel like I always have to put this disclaimer on these comments though like zz did: I loved the game, and I'm still playing it so my qualms are by no means deal-breakers.
