Have you noticed that little Windows symbol in the tray of your Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 computer recently and wondered what it was there for? Well look no further! Microsoft has been gearing up for their anticipated release of Windows 10 and wants you to be ready.
Microsoft is excited to announce their new operating system Windows 10. It’s packed with all new features including digital assistant Cortana that learns more about you over time, enhanced security features, an all-new start menu that closely resembles the windows 7 environment and even an enhanced web browser known as Microsoft Edge that allows you to write or type notes directly on web pages. All this contained in an all new fresh package with optimizations made to both mouse/keyboard and touch interfaces is sure to make this operating system a crowd favorite.
For those of you wondering how your wallet will feel after the upgrade you can rest easy, because Windows 10 is being offered for free to users who already have a system with Windows 7 or 8.1, so don’t feel like you need to hold out to purchase that new computer or upgrade. To reserve your copy of Windows 10 simply follow the instructions after clicking on the Windows symbol in your dock. Microsoft also has a quick tutorial on their website here.
