I have followed all the steps in setting up my smart plug. It says it is connected to my WiFi and I have a solid bar light on the plug. But when I attempt to pair on the APP., it will not connect. I keep getting a message "can not connect"? What next?
I have reset several times and even factory reset, but it always gets to this point in the new device setup and i can not get any further.
