I have returned the camera to best buy and let them know what was happening. I was going to exchange it but at the moment they were out. I will be purchasing another as soon as they have them.

Sorry to here that, it is fruastrating. I have seen a couple review where the same thing has happened and they pick up another one and it worked fine. I am planning to get another one over the weekend and see what happens.
