Thanks for joining our community, and posting your question regarding our Insignia Connect Camera. I understand noticing a lag is frustrating. I’d be happy to offer a couple troubleshooting tips.
How far is your router away from the camera? Lack of a strong connection may be causing the delays you’ve noticed. If improving the signal doesn’t remedy the issue I recommend double checking that your Insignia Connect App is up to date, and only open on one device in that moment.
