I have been unable to connect the smart plug through the app. At all.
I followed all the steps but once the phone is connected to the smart plug through the wifi, I go back on the app and nothing. It goes back to the "add a new device" page.
I reset it a few time, my router has 2.4Ghz and dual bandwidth.
Is there anything to do ? Or should I cut my losses and return them ??

I too am having issues. I have the latest version of the insiginia control app and I am following the instructions on the IOS11.3 issue thread. Nothing is working as expected.
