Just recently got our new Insignia washer hooked up and entire thing filled with water and gave us an E3 error and now will not work. Ive heard of this happening to others? Is there any support for this?

Error code E3 is typically an indicator that the machine's lid is open. Typically closing the lid resolves this error code, though sometimes there may be an underlying problem with the door lock or PCB (the machine's internal computer). I would recommend contacting Insignia™ Customer Care at 1-877-467-4289.
