SPEAKER BLUETHOOT DONT TURN ON

Hi,

I buy a speaker model NS-CSPBTF1 I was using it connected to my computer with the audio cable. When I tried to turn it off, it doesn't turn so I push the reset button and then it turn off. I am trying to turn in on to use it again and it doesn't. The battery is full so that is not the problem I assumed.

I don't know what to do about. I have tried pushing the reset button some times but it doesn't work.

Could someone help me.

Welcome to our community! I appreciate the time you’ve taken out of your day to post about your Insignia Bluetooth Speaker.

 

Is the unit continuously connected to power? Have you tried to let it die, and then see if it will come back on for you after charging it? Have you tried to connect the speaker to different device? Or sync it via Bluetooth? I look forward to you reply to see how we might be able to assist you further.

Hi,
The unit is not continously connected. Sometimes when Im working on ny computer I plug the charger usb to it and when I finish working I unplugged the speaker.
The last time it doesnt want to turn off so I reset then it doesnt want to turn on. Yeah I try to plug to a phbe charger that has the sane voltage of out but it doesnt work either.

If you had purchased the unit within the last year I highly recommend visiting your local Best Buy with your purchase receipt to seek further assistance under your limited one-year warranty with us.
