Insignia NS-B515 Sound Bar with Bluetooth Woofer

I am trying to connect and setup my Insignia sound bar with no success - no sound. I am connecting it to my Sharp Aquos 60E-69U TV. I have connected the red and white RCA cords, and connected the digital output cord to my Comcast Xfinity box.


I am getting no sound out of the soundbar or woofer. I know I have power to both the soundbar and woofer as I see the lights on the soundbar and the flashing blue light on the woofer.


Really needing some assistance, please!

According to the User Guide, it appears you should be connecting the Digital Optical Cable OR the composite (RCA) cable to your audio source. Try disconnecting one or the other as there seems to be a conflict using both.
