How can you check the battery percentage on the NS-CSPGASP2?

As this device is not battery powered, there is no battery life indicator in the display.

You are incorrect John.

The NS-CSPGASP2 is the larger model which does include a battery for up to 5 hours of play back while not plugged in. This is stated on the product page, and in the manual.

If you hold all three proximity buttons down for a few seconds, it'll show battery percentage. If you hold them too long, it'll give you the option to turn the proximity sensor on and off. I hope this helps! :0)
