Problem with an order

I purchased an item as Christmas gift for a friend half a month ago, but the item was first delayed and then rescheduled to Dec 21. I can see the order status and the items are ready, but maybe since it is not time, they are not going out. I will not be in town to get the item to my friend, can I ask to rearrange the shipment to get it earlier?

I'm usually not at home at this time of year either so I can completely understand this situation. I'm happy to help you look in to this to see how I can assist you with this order.

 

Using the email address associated with your Forum account I was able to find your order. At this time I am not able to modify the shipping speed of this order for you.

Since this is a gift for an important friend, may I ask if I can cancel this order or return the item?

Good morning JayneDai-

 

Thank you for your response. At this time I an unable to cancel the remaining items in this order because it has progressed too far in our system. You will be able to return any of the items in your order as long as they remain in our Return & Exchange Promise. Since these were purchased during our extended return & exchange period, you would have until January 14 to return these items.

I am very disappointed to hear that you haven't been able to receive your package yet. I can completely understand how frustrating it would be to get back home only to see that your items are missing. I am happy to help you look into what options are available to assist you.
