I just recently placed an order on an apple watch and I've had the same issue where the tracking won't update and it still says that UPS is waiting for the order.

Order Processed: Ready for UPS stuck

I recently purchased an apple watch and the trackign information still has yet to update. It still says Order Processed, Ready for UPS. I was wondering if this was a glitch or if my package really hasn't moved in the past 3 days. TIA

Itame mark as delivered but I never received it

Hello,
Actually I make an order to my old address by mistake then directly I connected to Customer service by phone to change address and they say okay. Yesterday the order mark as delivered on best buy but I never received it.
What should I do?

Did not receive the "delivered" package

I got an email saying that both my packages arrived today at 1:01 PM and they were left by the front door but they were nowhere to be found.

Order says 'Delivered' but not yet received .

The Usps tracking says my order was delivered but the mail box was empty . I received delivery confirmation for two of my orders but only one showed up in the mail box .

This never happened earlier so i am worried about my order.

What should i do now?

My order says that it was delivered today but my mailbox was empty. If my order was stolen from my box do you all replace said item or is that money that I have lost?

Missing order

My order was supposed to have been delivered today. Accrdoing to the tracking number, it was. It's nowhere to be found. Where is it? Was it stolen? What am I supposed to do about this? I'm very concerned with the customer service hotline because I work most of the hours they seem to be available and I don't have time to just call them up in the middle of the day.

You most likly do not have a worry.  There seems to be a lag time between communicaitons between the delivery companies and the delivery system. 

 

I think that there is a lot of data that needst to be updated and it gets done in a batch file so as not to overload the system with numerous small data packets. 

 

 

This time of year there is a lot of data getting pushed around with online orders.  I have had issues with UPS being very slow to update their system and it could very well be that BB systems will not update until UPS or FedEX communicates back that they have acknowledged it.  UPS often only sends out that communication 1 or 2 times a day on pickup.  they are much better on progressive tracking info.

I admittedly don’t place online orders all that often, but that certainly changes for me during the holiday season. It’s rather convenient to have everything I need dropped off right at my front door, especially if I don’t feel like braving the cold Minnesota weather (aka: brushing snow off my car). It’s hardly a time-saving option if your purchase is lost in limbo though, so it’s understandable why you’d be wondering what our next steps are from here.
