I'm interested in getting some exercise equipment. (A exercise bike or something like it.) My local store doesn't sell any. So, if I buy it online and ship it to the store, can I have them put it together before delivering it to me. And if so, how much would it cost?

Have you been able to find out the exact exercise equipment that you are looking for? I guess you should contact your local sort to find out if the transaction is possible before making a move to either amazon.con or any other online stores where you can get a good deal plus total cost including shipping details.

I haven't decided on the exact item I want. An exercise bike, etc... I was wondering in general. My thinking is...

Best Buy + free ship to store + put together + ship to home

...is less than...

Online Store + shipping + finding someone to put it together

...then I'd do it.

Not sure if you already bought what you want but i think they would not put it together then ship it. Possibly, they would ship it then put it together upon delivery.
