Why is it that if you order a treadmill from bestbuy.com, and it is defective when you put it together, that it takes an act of congress to return it. There is a secret department that I do not think exist that I have been waiting on a call back for about 3 weeks now and still no call. Everytime I call customer service I am told "it's in the special orders depatrment and the case is open." The customer serice rep cannot transfer me to their department and no manager can ask them where the ticket is. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten and have ever dealt with. If anyone can shed any light on this subject please HELP!!!
