I just bought the samsung gear iconx earbuds and I´m so dissappointed with them. This earbuds are so bad in battery life; less than Samsung say that is about 1 1/2 withouth bluetooth streaming, more over the readout menu don´t work. I asked for a waranty but is just for 15 days after the purchase, time that already passed beacuse it was a gift I opened time after receving it.
If someone has the same problem with the tap and hold menu let me know if you have a solution, I already reset the earbuds but didn't work.

Welcome to the forum. Earbuds may seem a very insignificant accessory but it's surprising to realize how important it is to have a good pair of earbuds. Ones you can feel comfortable wearing all the time. I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the quality of your Samsung Iconx earbuds.
Hopefully you'll receive a response from our community but I also recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they have any warranty options they can offer you.
