Your best bet would be to either call Best Buy corporate in your area or your local store and talk to a manager.

Thanks so much for your suggestion. I will try corporate - I already called the local store and emailed the entire management team there - no one has returned my call or emails . :-(

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received a response from the store via phone or email. In this situation, the store would be your best bet for any participation. I would recommend visiting the store personally with any materials you may have about the fair for the management team.
Please keep in mind that our management team is pretty busy on a daily basis, so they may not be able to commit to volunteering anyone.
