hello i purchased an xbox 360 over the internet to prevent waiting in line at bestbuy. the product at the time was the 4gb w/ kinect and it also had a gift card with it. So i go to my local best buy and they told me that i would get the gift card in the mail. I have waited and unless i get my gift card im going to return my xbox along w/ the unopened 4 games. 

Any help would be gratefull.

How long has it been?

Also when you ordered the Xbox was there a gift card in your shopping cart that zeroed out?

When you checked out, did you see the gift card in your cart?  If you did, it should take about 2 weeks to get to you.  That's about how long it look for my 50 dollar gift card for buyng the Nintendo 3DS.  If it wasn't in your cart, then you're not getting anything.

Congratulations on your new Xbox! I'm secretly hoping mine will break down so I can get one of the new slim/quiet/fancy models. I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your purchase thus far. Gamestoprules hit it on the nose - if you didn't add it to your cart, we wouldn't know to send you one and the store probably assumed that it had been added to your cart.

But, have no fear. I am happy to help you. I know that we were running such a promotion and I believe it was a $50 gift card that came with the 4gig.
