status order

can someone help me with an update to my order. It's said it been "preparing" for almost two days now and the 2 day shipping window is closing fast! Also wanted to make sure the item was in stock at the time the order was placed. Less than an hour after placing the order it went to "out of stock".  any help is greatly appreciated.

They're probably trying to fulfill it as best as they can. I recommend calling 888 Best Buy to follow up--and make sure you provide your email, phone number (for verification) as well as the order number (begins with BBY01)

I’m sorry to hear that, please allow me to reiterate what I’m seeing on our end. We’ve been notified by our vendor partner that there is an inventory shortage of the item you ordered, and that they’re regrettably unable to fulfil your order as expected. That said your order has been processed with the vendor, and as soon as inventory becomes available they’ll ship out your order as soon as possible. I do apologize for this unexpected delay, and recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox for any further updates as your order processes.

Then why in God's name would best buys website clearly say that they were in stock and let me order it?? Not only did it let me order it, I was able to pay for 2 day shipping! And now I'm being told that you HAVE NO IDEA when I'll be getting my order?!?!!?

 

I'm not mad at you and I do appreciate your help but this is unacceptable

Given the circumstances I definitely understand your frustration with this delay, and if in your shoes I’m sure I would feel the same. That said when products are being fulfilled directly from a vendor partner we take orders in the amounts they indicate are available to us. Regrettably there can be inventory or logistics issues and shortages outside of our control, which is what may have happened in this case. Rest assured we’re working to get you your order as quickly as possible.
