i preordered the ps vita but i had a manager override so i could pay 15 dollars down instead of 5 but when i pick up the product will i get the 15 back or only 5 back

Our stores really shouldn't be doing overrides to allow you to put more money down on a pre-order as it can sometimes throw things off but I'm glad they were trying to take care of you.  I don't foresee it causing any problems in your case though and they will likely just put your $15 towards the purchsae of the PS Vita in an exchange transaction, like they do when you put $5 down.  You should be fine!
