I can definitely understand your frustration with not receiving your snowboard pre-order content until it was pretty much obsolete considering your progress in the game already. I'm sure I would feel the same way.
I don't know what caused the delay on that email delivery because we have our pre-order system set up to trigger emails right when the transaction takes place but, if something went wrong, we may have had to retroactively fulfill some transactions. I'm not aware of anything being amiss with this particular code but I am really sorry it had an adverse effect on your gaming experience. Please know that this is not how we have it designed to work and you should have had the code the same day you purchased the game.
