How can I get my Xbox 360 to stop overheating so much? I get on, 10mins later its starts lagging and I fell my Xbox and its very hot, what should I do?

clean the dust behind it and around all the vents, vacum the vents as well,

make sure it has 6 inches around the unit to allow airflow

Xfer games to hard drive as it produces less heat.

Clear system cache of HD to clear out unneeded data.

Keep outing direct sunlight
