i bought a call of duty black ops with two vouchers , but i can use it because says it's no longer valid. but the game is brand new, i talked with the guys from activision that told me to get in touch with you guys from best buy where i bought the game.

Can you help me?

i bought a call of duty black ops that came with two first strike voucer code inside. i tried to use it but i could not because it is saying that has expired. how can it be expired when there is no date on it and i bought the game only two week's ago??
please tell me how to use it or give me valid codes because the game is brand new.
The voucer code didn't have nothing to scrach to remove to appear.
I alredy did as instruted below, and i still have the same problem. i'm from Brazil, São paulo, sp. i bought the game at bestby in orlando.
i checked my account as instructed and is in brazil adress not in usa, but i just use the voucher from the game uncharted 2 and it work's

One thing I can think about is that XBOX 360 games were region protected and may only work in the country they are designed for.

The codes that come with sme of the games are only valid for a certain time from when the game is originally released. They make the content avaialable as a download which will cost you Points.  Call of duty black ops came out roughly 1 year ago so the codes have expired.

Thanks for your post regarding the trouble with redeeming your game voucher. This seems like kind of a confusing situation, for sure. I'm understanding that the copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops came with two codes to get the First Strike content pack but when you try to enter the code into your console and they're saying they are expired. You purchased it in Orlando but you live in Brazil.

hockeycanuckjr has a valid point that the game content might not work because Xbox 360 does have region specific consoles, games and content.. For example, consoles purchased in North America can only play North American game discs and consoles purchased in Japan can only play Japanese game discs. If you purchased your game and console in the same country, but purchased any downloadable content in another country, it may not work because the marketplaces are also region specific. Have you been able to play the game on your console? 

Playstation - to my understanding - has region specific consoles but open games so that may be why you were able to play Uncharted 2.

southtownguy also makes a good point that the codes may be expired if they were running a promotion for a while. But if you just bought it new, I know we have a product available that has the $15 First strike content available free with the game. I've been looking at this:
