So this seems to be the only way besides the phone number to contact Best Buy. So I figured I would try here before possibly calling. I preordered the Legend of Zelda Breath of the WIld Master Edition through the website for instore pickup. Everything went great as far as ordering and then picking the item up. The problem is that when I then got the item home after opening it up the limited edition Master Sword statue is broken. Now somewhat luckily the damage is not very bad (therer is a flower attached to the base and one of the buds was broken off lying in the box upon opening it), I have tried and beacsue of how small the conection is to the statue I can not fix it. I of course know that this was a very limited item, that being said is there anyway the item could be repalced? or is there some other compensation I could recieve?

Welcome to our forums and thanks for your pre-order. Since release I’ve been playing an awful lot of BotW, and have been having fantastic time with it. That said it’s disappointing to hear your Master Edition arrived damaged in shipping, so I’ll be happy to advise your options.
Our Return and Exchange Promise does take items damaged during shipping into account, and in many cases we can exchange or replace an item either by mail or at one of our stores. As you mentioned with the Master Edition though, it was extremely limited in supply, so providing you with a replacement is more than likely not something we’ll be able to do. That said your best option may be to reach out to Nintendo Support to see if they have any options they’re able to provide, otherwise I recommend heading into your local store to see about returning your bundle for a refund.
