pc app is HORRIBLE. I tried to download GTA IV Episodes from liberty city, and every time I tried, it said "error". Now, I cant even log into PC app because the login is timing out. Until it's fixed, I'm never buying any downloads from best buy. Stick to Steam for your downloads.

Here's an update: Started the download at 2:30 PM. It's now 5:02 PM, and the download has remained at 0%.

I'm sorry for not getting to your post sooner. Are you still having issues downloading GTA IV?  I'm not sure why it would be getting stuck at 0% but here are some preliminary things to check:

Minimum system requirements:

• Windows 7, Windows Vista with service pack 1, or Windows XP
• 1.0GHz processor or faster
• 512 MB RAM (1GB recommended)
• 50MB available hard drive space for installation; additional drive space required to download applications
• 1024 x 600 display (1200 x 800 recommended) with 16-bit video card
• Broadband Internet connection required for online services.

Note: PC App is not compatible with Mac.

Yeah, I'm still having issues.

My system exceeds requirerments, and I still cannot download it.

 I am not the only one with these problems.

I'm really sorry you're still dealing with the download issues.  It sounds like you are computer savvy so this might be a dumb questions but do you have hard drive space for the game?  That has been known to cause the download freezing issue for other users.

Otherwise, would you mind sending me a private message with your computer specs and I will work with our PC App team to figure out what is going on.

I've given up hope. I still have a good 500 GB left on my hard drive, and I've tried downloading the game every day since I bought it. I still get "Download Error" messages every time I try to download it.

I'm really sorry.  I want to help but would need some more detail in order to nail down what is going wrong with your download and I haven't seen a private message from you yet.  I'm at a loss for what might be causing your download issues from just going off what you have described but I have sent an email to our PC App team to see if they have any ideas.  I will be sure to let you know right when I hear back.  I hope you'll stick with us because we definitely want you to be able to play the game you paid for.

Ok, well, I have a quad core 1.8-2.5 GHz processor (AMD A8-3510MX), a ATI 6620g, 8gb of ram, and a 640GB hard drive.

Hey sebygul,

I just received word from the pc app team that they updated the naming convention in our catalog for this title in attempt to fix this issue for you.  The servers should be refreshed and have that updated by 6:30 PM CST so give it a shot around then and let us know if that fixed it.

I don't know exactly what you did, but GTA: episodes from liberty city has magicly changed sizes, from 17 GB to 14 GB.

Hope it's a good sign, because I also didn't get an error message when I started downloading it.
