Hi,

I orderd 2 copies of Wrath of The Lich King Expansion on 11/01 and was wondering when they will actually ship out and when we can expect them. Do they ship to us from BB on the 13th? Or is it like other online retailers where they arrive to us on the 13th?

Wow. So Im hearing from fellow alliance members who have pre-orderd and have had best buy ship the game to them that it will not be till the 19th???? Thats a bit long is there any way i can cancell the order and just go buy a copy tonight?

My order shows as in-process, but I think its kind of crazy of the game won't arrive until 6 days after the release date. That give fellow guild members a 6 day head start on the new content and im stuck waiting. Is there a way to switch the online shipping to in store pickup on the expansion?

Why are other post being answerd before this one? I need to know if i can cancell and go pick up one tonight or not!! I do not want to wait 6 days before i can go explore with fellow guild mates.

When one pre-orders a game from online, it ensures that you will receive a copy of the game.  Your copy will ship on the date of release, and at that point it is a small wait due to the postal system.  

If you wish to get your game immediately, I would strongly encourage ensuring your local store has the game in stock for tomorrow, then canceling your order OR changing your mode of pickup to in-store pickup.

Hey kphilstg,

I don't believe there's a way for you to personally make any changes to your order once it's placed.  You'll have to contact BestBuy.com customer service at 1-888-BESTBUY to make this change and/or process an order cancellation.

I called BB Customer Support and although it shows my order as InProcess the lovely lady on the phone told me its actually on Back Order and I probably wouldn't see if fopr a couple of weeks. I had to cancel my order so I could go try my luck at the store this evening. Good luck to those waiting on the preorders in the mail, I hope you get it soon.
