Why no Super Street Fighter IV preorder?

I'm seeing preorders for a ton of games, even ones that don't come out until the end on this year (or in 2012?!), but where's one for Super Street Fighter IV? It's bound to be popular; it's the only game i'm currently excited for right now. if BB can do a preorder for The Tron game or some of the others, then where's the love for fighting game fans?

If this was my understanding , SSF IV is paid for downloadable content.

No, SSFIV is a full standalone game with too many improvements for it to be DLC.

I am also looking to pre-order this but cannot find it on the BestBuy website. Can we go into a store to place a pre-order?
