Ok, The DLC came over 2 weeks late. Thanks!
Now its the 23 of March and the $20 e-gift card is still not there. 2 days to go.
I will post the results.

Another phone call to get what was promised.

Yeah, I didn't get my pre-order DLC code until after I contacted them, and now it looks like I won't be getting the e-card either. I figured I would have to contact them to get the e-card when I was reading most people got them around the 23rd.

Just called in again.  I now have to wait 2 to 3 days for the card to post according to the operator.

....I am now on hold for a supervisor.............
