I ordered the 5 games for $100 promotion. Screwed up and took weeks to get my certificates after MANY calls.
Now the Mass Effect 3 promo. 2 weeks later NO DLC codes.
The $20 unlocked e-gift card promo. Are you going to send that?
If I leave acouple items in my online shopping cart, you send an e mail to help me check out. Really?
Are you guys for real? You have my e mail address, my Gamers Club number and my shopping history.
Is it too much to ask for you guys to stop the B.S. ?

Mass Effect 3 ($20 or $10 E-gift card depending on if you are an unlcoked member) wont be sent out till after the 2-25-12 as stated on the promo.
Just call or pm a moderator on here and they will get you your DLC code
I too delt with the preorder 5 get $100 promo, but lucky for me since BBY gave me the run around, having to purchase a 6th game and waiting $60 days past when i should have received my money ,they gave me an extra $100 so all is good and all is forgiven

I do know that the date is the 25th. I expect to not receive it also.
My gripe is that EVERY time they do a promo they have problems.
They quit the rebate business but they now do everything they can to alienate good customers.
I don't want to wait on the phone to get what should come automatically.
Gamestop hands codes out with the item on the receipt. What's with Best Buy? Bad computers? Glitch? What?
I don't want to hassle for what was promised. Zero credibility for the little things like this and I will never trust them for Big purchases.

Just to correct you zztoluca, they have to send them out by 3/25/12 which is kinda ridiculous since I don't see why they need almost 2 weeks after the promotion ends to get customers a simple E-gift card.
