It seems this has affected a few customers and I am working with Reward Zone to get them resolved. Thank you for bringing your account status to my attention. As soon as I hear back from our Reward Zone team I will let you know.

Sorry, I was promised 1000 points as well as the e-gift card code. Adding a 1000 points a day late is still not the final piece of this problem.
Listen to the recording of my conversation with the supervisor. It was all promised on the phone to me.

Sure, you can see it that way. This whole post is a prime example of what many people have gone thru. Documenting the false promises and lies is the sole purpose of this ongoing series of postings.
I am not a dissatisfied customer. I am a customer explaining the truth in my dealings with BB.
Now, Mike sends me a message that the 1000 points are the only thing to fix the problem.
Since the falls $100 Rewards Zone problems and the dozen calls to fix that. To the no DLC codes being provided for 6 SIX games. To the email I received today from Mike saying that my pickup was handled incorrectly. What? the cashier has a special button to press like F5 to authorize the preorder bonus? Get real.
How many people just toss in the towel and let them slide.
BB made a big deal about dropping mail in rebates. Is this their answer to not processing the thousands of mail in rebates they never fulfilled.
How about this. I will start a post the first time they fulfill their promise without having to jump thru hoops.
BB needs to give their promo's on checkout at the register. That way everyone can post how much they love BB.

it's now over. I stopped into the local Pittsburgh Waterfront BB. The game specialist Luke and manager Crystal have fixed the issue once and for all.
The preoder pickups were the issue. They were mishandled due to a computer function that wasn't being done correctly.
They are going to correct the system immediately.
Crystal and Luke are great examples of the type of person I want to deal with. This is my home store from now on.
