I also didn't get a steelbook when I picked my game up from the store. I hadn't got around to opening my game up until yesterday after reading these posts. I just assumed it was in the collectors edition box I got. When I called the store, the people at the gaming kiosk said they didn't know anything about the steelbook. Is there anything I can do about this now? I have my receit still and this is quite upsetting to me as it is the only reason I preordered this game at Best Buy instead of Amazon or Gamestop.

Received my steelbook today, only for the wrong system . Sent a PS3 steelbook, supposed to have an Xbox 360 steelbook. Not happy

I also haven't received my Steelbook. I pre-ordered the Blackwatch Edition online, it shipped here just fine but no steelbook. Do I only get the steelbook if it showed up in my order? Because I had no idea it was supposed to when I pre-ordered.

Can you access your order? If you preorder any version (PS3/360. I believe PC was excluded), the system was to automatically add in a poster and steelbook to your order. There was an issue for some people that the item wouldn't be added unless they cleared your cache/cookies. Maybe you ordered it and it didn't add it? That and most people who order it online had a delay so maybe it's getting to you? We won't know till someone has a look at your order. But yeah, if it didn't show up in your order, it may not of been shipped.

Just looked at my order, and it only shows my Xbox version of the Blackwatch Edition. Says only 1 item shipped.

The steelbook I received is clearly marked PS3, and is the size of a normal PS3. Hopefully customer service answers my email.

Hello all,

Yes, there are two console versions of the steelbook and let me know if more of you are receiving a different version than the game you pre-ordered.  I am currently researching this with the business team and using your input to fuel my feedback.  I'll let you know more as I hear back.

For those of you who haven't received it yet, there should be a separate line item on your order for the steelbook and you can check on the shipping status of it in your BestBuy.com account order status area.

Also, the steelbook and post would have auto-added to your BestBuy.com cart during checkout when you were pre-ordering, but if for some reason you removed those items from your cart they would not have shipped out.

Finally received my steelbook today after the delay and mine was also the wrong version.

My order shows both the game and steelbook to be for the 360. Yet the shipping forms says PS3 which is what I received.

Any word on what we should do would be appreciated. This has almost gotten to the point of being humorous.
