Are all stores getting steelbooks?

The lead in the gaming department at my best buy said he had the shipment of games (Standard and Collector's) but hadn't received any shipments of the steelbooks.

I decided I would preorder online instead but now the poster and steelbook aren't getting added to the cart with the game.

Anyone know what's going on?

if not clear you browsers cookies than it should work

Are all stores getting steelbooks? Or are certain stores not getting steelbooks because they didn' thave enough preorders?

I checked with the gaming lead at my local BB on Friday and he went out back to check the stockroom and said they hadn't received any shipments of steelbooks although he did confirm they had the games (both standard and collectors)

if its like it normally happens, demand(preorders) drive which stores get them and how many.

I  would hate for you not to get yours because your local bby didn't have enough preorders, best of luck

So I got an email confirmation that my Prototype 2 Blackwatch CE and Pre Order Poster have shipped but it said nothing about the steelbook??? I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if it is shipping later or backordered. Please help and thanks!!!

Im in the same boat.

I don't think the steel case will ship till release date.

Which i don't mind because im actually going to get the game on release date with standard shipping

So the steelbooks are showing as "backordered"

Are these going to be fulfilled? What happens if they aren't? I noticed best buy advertised the poster and steelbook as a $49.99 value (I know a little rediculous) but perhaps that is the value we should get credited back to our order if Best Buy can't fill the steelbooks for those that preordered.

Thoughts?

I can't speak for everyone but the steelbook was the sole reason I preordered Prototype 2.. from best buy none the less

My steelbook is now showing as backordered also. What really annoys me is people who ordered the steelbook for $5 without preordering the game are having theirs shipped. I thought this was supposed to be a preorder only incentive. If it wasn't for the steelbook I would not have preordered the game to begin with. Hopefully this is fixed soon or we have some word on what is going to happen.
