Hello gamers!

I realize there has been some confusion surrounding the various per-order bonuses we've offered for titles that released recently so I'll do my best to proactively allay any of that confusion for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.

As you may know, those of you that pre-ordered will receive a code that allows you early access to the regeneration booster which should give you a bit of an edge on the online multiplayer competition.  The booster is usable in Competitive and Cooperative matches and increases your recovery rate from wounds by 70%.  

I actually took advantage of the recent Subway promotion that granted me early access to some of this online multiplayer gameplay.  If you end up in a match against me, you're probably fine without this booster; I only land about 10% of my shots. me = n00b

Anyways, the moment you've all been waiting for, if you pre-ordered on BestBuy.com, your code should arrive in your email on or around the release date.  If you pre-ordered in-store, your code will be printed on your receipt and emailed to you shortly after the transaction is complete.  This process will be handled entirely in the register and no extra scanning will be involved.  

Watch the email inbox that was captured when you either placed your order online or that you provided when you pre-ordered and picked up in-store.  As always, keep an eye on your spam folders in case the email gets caught by your filters.

 Thanks for the info ahead of time Kyle! I have also been playing from the Subway promo, I am excited for the SpikeTV Uncharted 3 special that airs on Monday eveninga nd should end just in time for my store's Midnight Release! Also don't forget the Collector's Edition!

Thank you Kyle for posting this. I know I have asked for this in the past and am glad that before going into the store I know exactly what needs to be done.

If I may ask. Do they need to scan, enter a sku in manually or hit F10 and pull it up through that route?

I am patient with the employees, but it seems like I "train" a lot of them. I know you have probably sent a ton of memos and the like, but can you divulge any more info?

If it is a sku can we perchance have that sku so if worse comes to worse, I can ask them to punch it in.

Correct.  Although there will be a separate SKU added to your receipt as result of the cashier manually adding it in the register, there will be no extra physical scanning needed.

I'm sorry, I don't have that actual SKU # on hand.

Thank you for the reply. So I will take it as they need to hit F10 (suggested purchases) and add it that way since a sku will be added.

Or possibly just a prompt coming up, since I saw DC2 supposedly pulled it automatically for some.

i signed 2 receipts. the lady at the register kept one and the guy at the door took the other one on my way out.
