I have read through the posts of the many upset at their delayed dlc for Ultimate MVC3, but fortunately, they at least have a copy to pick-up. I pre-ordered my copy a couple weeks ago chosing Best Buy as my spot just out of convenience since I enjoy shopping there more often than at GameStop of on Amazon. Whichever dlc I got was fine as long as I got free dlc. How surprised was I when there are yet to be any in-stock at my local Sandusky, Ohio store even today! Of course, contacting customer service gave me little resolution to the problem. I was simply informed that "the situation was being dealt with at the corporate level". I really don't see how this helps my problem or the fact that I pre-ordered a game that doesn't exist at my store. After complaining, I was merely given the suggestion to purchase it somewhere else if able. But... doesn't that just completely dissolve the purpose of my pre-order to begin with? The reasoning being that I could have just pre-ordered from my GameStop at the mall behind my Best Buy, one of the three dlc bonuses available for pre-order, AND acually got the game on time. Best Buy, I must say... I'm a little more than disappointed that such a huge title as this has been mishandled and failed to be shipped to my local store. If I have no game to receive at its release date, then what exactly am I buying? Just recently on Skyrim's release, I was sold a "normal" copy instead of a pre-order copy of the new Elder Scrolls and had to return it and explain that I didn't have the correct map to be included in my game. My recent encounters with Best Buy over less than a week have been nothing but bad. Please tell me that it's just my store. I enjoy the product offered far too much to start casting a blind eye towards it and start going elsewhere for my gaming and electronics needs. I hope someone helps shed the light on what has happened here, and to all you gamers out there, I hope you never have to endure the pain of a much loved newly released game never arriving to your store for its release.

Same here man. My local BB (Deptford, NJ) never received the Xbox 360 version, but have plenty of PS3 copies sitting around. I was told by one employee that they wouldn't have the 360 version until the Sunday AFTER Black Friday.....

Oh, I forgot to include that, but yes. My pre-order is for the 360 also. Odd...

I wonder what happened with the 360 version in some areas. I don't think my Best Buy got either version though for some reason, but am not positive. When I call to check the status of their inventory today, I think I will ask if they are just missing the 360 versions or both. I did check with my local GameStop though. They DO have both...

Hello all,
We are aware of the low stock for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 at some stores and have allocated more accordingly. I would encourage you to connect with your local store to find out when they might be receiving them. We extend our apologies for the wait and any inconvenience.
