How are we supposed to get this? I pre-ordered the game weeks ago and didn't get a code on my receipt when i pre-ordered or picked my game up today. Any ideas? Are the codes emailed?

No code for me either. I was told when I pre-ordered that they were gonna email them. But I have yet to get an email about it.

This is the first preorder I've done instore, do they normally email it to the email on your rewardzone account or is it supposed to be on your receipt?  I didn't have either.

I just called Customer Service for the code and they've said that there was a problem getting them out before release today and it should be here within the next 24 hours. If not, just call back and they will assist.

This is pretty annoying since this is the second time where codes were delayed. First one was with Gears of War 3.

Gamestop was never late with preorder bonuses...

Yeah, I agree. My friends who used Gamestop are all using him now... So annoyed.

brad, If you preordered instore and picked it up, the preorder code should have been on your receipt.

If that was the case, we'd all have our codes. I've preordered mines instore, picked it up, got two receipts and there is no code anywhere.

They even tell you that it will be sent via email when you preorder.

I have had the same problem, two receipts no code and a very useless customer service. Not only have i not been helped, but i have also been hung up on three times by customer service. My last representative said they can't help me until a 48 hour time period has passed from the time of purchase. I didn't realize this was a missing persons case. This will be my last best buy purchase. It seems that they have given up on taking care of their obligations to their customers now that best buy's demise is immanent.

yeah same thing here, pre ordered and didnt get Axel. Best Buy needs to step up their game
