I got my turtle beaches for Christmas from my aunt like 3 months ago and just today they stopped working i don't know what happen but i tilted my head to the left with the head set on and I heard something like move around in the right side ear piece and since then it doesn't work in the right side ear piece.My aunt said she doesn't have a receipt but it has a 1 year warranty.I was wondering if I can return it for a new one(same item) or if y'all could repair it.I have everything but the box and receipt.

Unfortunately you can't just simply return them to your local store. It is past the return date (which ended on Jan 24th).

Good news is that they do have a 1 year warranty, but that is done through the manufacturer. Below is a link to Turtle Beach instructions to use the warranty.
