From day one my turtle beach earforce foxtrot has had some issues with sound quality and wont work properly on my laptop, unless I have the headset disabled while im using it. ( everything is pulgged in and secure while all the drivers are installed and I even restarted and unstalled drivers. ) With that, today part of the plastic broke for excessive use I believe. I take really good care of this headset but I use it a lot. The piece that broke was on the right side where the actually speaker lays and is able to be adjsuted. This looks apparent to the other side to and is cracking. I did not notice this at all until today when it just snapped. The plastic does look thin and weak. The main concern is will the two year warranty that I purchased cover this.. Not only from the defect in the sound but of the weak plastic as It never fitted my head properly. This was purchased at a best buy store and was told that if anything were to break from everyday use and not mistreated it would be replaced or credited for full amount.

if you got the accidental damage warranty it should cover it, or if it a material/product defect it should be covered as well.
Take your receipt with when you go to the store, otherwise it takes awhile to find your info

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting! It sounds like you're ready to use that Black Tie Protection on those headphones. As zztoluca suggested, I would head to your local store with your receipt and you should be able to have your headphones either replaced or exchanged. It's my understanding that typically we do not repair headphones, but it may vary on the manufacturer.

well if you have a rewardzone account and purchased it while using it they can usually find it with your phone #, otherwise it could take 30min+ in my experiences
