I forgot to preorder this game but was looking over the website and was wondering if these codes were all fulfill. I  see on the website it now states

Exclusive Emerald Dragon Fantasy Golf Course

when you order Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 standard or collector's edition for Xbox 360 or PS3.

While supplies last.

Due to the nature of a "While supplies last" offer I can't guarantee you'll get one with the Emerald Dragon Fantasy Golf Course included when ordering on BestBuy.com.  However, you could check with a local Best Buy location as they stocked this version as well and the physical packaging should indicate if the Exclusive course is included.

My apologies, I was mistaken in my initial response.  This promotional code was not included in package; it was emailed/printed on receipts.  If you didn't pre-order the game before it released on 3/27 you would not be able to obtain the exclusive content.  I'm sorry about that.
