They canceled my digital download order ( Xbox live gold) I had used my reward certificates to buy it and now I have to wait 14 days for my certificates to be reinstated......so much for buying digital to save time....should have just gone to the store .....what I don't understand is how could they not verify my account when I used my best buy credit card?
