I want to apologize for all this confusion. On my previous post, I meant that for if you make a preorder now, the shirt will be added to your cart automatically.

We are waiting on some additional clarification for those of you that have already placed preorders; for now I advise that you do NOT cancel your preorder, especially if you have preordered the Darkened Edition.

Well, so much for that preorder I jumped on back on Feb 19th. I got an email today that it won't be fulfilled. I should have just preordered some place else. Lesson learned.

O.O there is only one thing to say to that...balls. At this point cdpr has posted that the dark edition is sold out in the US. Keep an eye on amazon. They usually open orders the day before release presumably selling orders for whichcredit cards were declined.

Same here.... BB cancelled my preorder automatically.  Waiting for the $35 dollar rewards coupon I used on the game to show back up.  Not sure how a preorder from February gets cancelled a month and a half later.

I used $15 in RZ certs on my order too. When I asked about those over the phone, they told me that since nothing was bought, there was no refund so I wouldn't be getting those back.

Correction: the lady I had in the phone wasn't correct. I got a code for the $15 in an email today.

Thank you all for your patience while I looked into this. I am truly sorry to hear about your disappointment with not receiving your darkened edition of The Witcher 2. From my understanding, a handful of customers were not able to have their orders fulfilled and were cancelled. Anyone who wasn't able to receive their copy should've also received additional communication on an alternative resolution.

If you used any gift cards or RZ certificates, those would also be returned to you, if your order was cancelled. It is with a very heavy heart that I bring you all this news. Please feel free to ask any additional questions or concerns. Your comments are appreciated and it is never our intention to let you down.

I would be surprised if it's only a handful.  Since I'm a silver member I try to buy most games through BB.  I was watching for the dark edition to come out and preordered as soon as it showed up.  I can only assume there were many more people rejected if I was in on the first day or so.  Either that or the queue is screwed up.  Again silver membership doesn't seem to mean anything.

Side note: I think most my posts on the forums are negative, and about screwed up orders, and I'm sorry about that.  I generally don't post about problems anymore because I expect them.  (like never getting the $10 coupon for preordering mass effect 3, or flat out canceling my ninja gaiden 3 preorder because it hadn't even shipped by release day, or the fact that streamlite is an unreliable shipping source that bb uses, that never gets anything to my house within a week of release... I know I'm forgetting other things, and all my other posts)

For now I wait for what future ordering issues will surface with games coming out later this year: Hitman, Max Payne, borderlands, ghost recon, assassins creed, halo..... see you then

No, I think the reason they canceled all of those early preorders is because they screwed up on the prorder bonus.  They didn't have the system set up like they should have the day it was listed, and people who ordered early got screwed out of it.  I know this is incentive to never preorder from best buy when I can just go to amazon or gamestop and know the chances of them messing up my order are far less.  Peace people, and I hope we can all get the Dark Edition somehow now that it's no longer for sale anywhere.

Sorry, I know I sound angry in my previous post, and that's because I collect the special editions of video games.  I've been anticipating this one for a long time.  It's gonna be extremely difficult to find a new one that's not being sold for ridiculous prices, and this is the first time I've missed a collectors edition for a game I really wanted. So I apologize for the angry post
