I’m disheartened after reading about the multiple difficulties you’re run into at our Charlottesville location, and regret that our associates there have not always provided the level of service we expect. That said, I’ll be happy to address your concerns and offer my advice.
Going forward if you run into any gaming issues that your local store is unable to address or assist with please don’t hesitate to reach out to us here on our gaming boards. That said I thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and feedback with us, which I’ll absolutely be recording here at our Corporate Offices to be reviewed internally.
